Zillow Premier Agent Samer Kuraishi from A-K Real Estate recently joined us to talk about how he and his team are using pre-market data from Zillow to increase their business in 2014.
During the webinar, Samer answered questions like these: How do you access pre-market data on Zillow? What is the difference between a pre-market foreclosure and a pre-foreclosure? How can agents, buyers and sellers get more information about this data?

“Visit the Zillow Foreclosure Center to view foreclosure properties, get access to pre-foreclosures, foreclosure auctions and bank-owned properties in your local area. Access a buyer’s guide, an owner’s guide, the Zillow foreclosure FAQs and more.”
